I was interviewed for a memory/learning article that came out recently in the London Times Educational Supplement. The author, Joseph Lee, explores up-to-date memory and learning research to offer ways in which teachers can implement the ideas in the classroom. I'm only featured on the first page, but he goes on to interview a slew of well-known researchers from around the world. A great read for any teacher or student interested in capitalizing on science to boost their learning efficiency. Click the above link or the image below to view the PDF.

Interview for Randy Lynn's Education Blog
A few weeks back, I had the pleasure of chatting with Randy Lynn, who writes an education-related blog. Here's the actual interview. I'm especially happy about this one because we dig more into the utility of memory in education (my focus for Mullen Memory) and why I think memory still matters, even in an age of Wikipedia. Hope you enjoy!

Optimal Performance Podcast
I had the pleasure of being on the Optimal Performance Podcast today, talking with host Ryan Munsey about everything from memory techniques to tips to #liveoptimal. We discussed techniques for better learning (my struggles/solutions/successes using them in medical school), the #20wordchallenge, and of course a little about memory competitions and the World Memory Championship. Check it out here.
